Each contest winner will receive a free book of poetry and/or Ad Astra broadsides. The Kansas Poet Laureate is the sole judge and reserves the right to choose based on her own aesthetic taste. I separate out “professional” poets—those who have published a book of poetry from a recognized press—for their own recognition. And I could not limit myself to just one in each category! This time I include a “juvenile” category as well.
